Good news for AT&T customer that the delay of latest Samsung Galaxy S III is finally over. The company has just announced the availability and price of Galaxy S III superphone. It is going to hit AT&T store on July 6. And for the price, the company is asking for $199.99 with a new two-year contract agreement.

After some speculations regarding to the specs of AT&T’s Galaxy S III, AT&T confirmed it will feature 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of built-in storage, 4.8-inch Super AMOLED HD touchscreen, 8 MP rear camera and 1.9 MP front-facing camera. Running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, the handset is powered by 2,000mAh battery.
